To ensure quality assurance for all customers, every apartment listed on the RENTS platform must meet the 10 RENTS Apartment Standards. Plus, all landlords are verified via a proof of ownership and via an ID verification by external partners such as IDnow.
It's imperative that all Homelike suppliers ensure their properties are professionally cleaned before every tenant move-in, and have the necessary safety precautions in place to protect the tenant's health and safety. Suppliers who meet the enhanced hygiene initiatives also benefit from ranking higher in Homelike's search results and thus tend to perform better than other properties.

At RENTS you receive bookings for periods of at least one month. Optionally, providers can define longer minimum rental periods to improve capacity utilization and reduce tenant changes.

A usage fee is only charged once your apartment has been successfully placed. This fee is a percentage of the total order value (plus VAT) allocated to the landlord and depends on the market and the type of landlord. The fee is charged per month and is deducted collectively from the first month’s rent.
